The SC21152 is an ultra high efficiency 1.2A DC/DC buckregulator available in a small MLPD package. These featuresmake the SC21152 perfect for small form factor consumerapplications where high efficiency is essential.SC21152 is an Adaptive On-Time 4MHz switching regulatorat full load conditions. Under light load conditions ittransitions into PFM Power Save Mode and reduces switchingfrequency thus saving energy. High switching frequencyoperation allows the use of a very small 0.47μHinductor along with small input and output capacitors tominimize overall circuit size.The SC21152 is highly configurable with a wide range offactory options including internal soft start time, fixed oradjustable output voltage, automatic output discharge,and switching frequency.The SC21152 is offered in a small 6-Lead 1.5mm x 2mmMLPD package.
