History

1983

1983 the Induktive Bauelemente GmbH was founded by the qualified engineer Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Dieter Frank and Werner Auer graduated in Business Economics VWA.

1988

The qualified mechanical engineer Rupert Aumüller joins the managements as further partner and manager for the production line.

1990

Foundation of the legally independant subsidiary in the Czech Republic (Budejovice/Budweis).

1997

With the purchase of a company building in Budweis in the year 1997 the production capacities are enlarged to ensure the current as well as the future production capacities.

2000

For the iBE Induktive Bauelemente GmbH the turn of the millennium was associated with a significant boom. The annual sales in 2000 exceeded for the first time in their history the 10 million euro barrier.

2002

With the purchase of a company building in Belozem (Bulgaria) the iBE expanded their spatial production capacities.

2005

As from the 1st January 2005 the iBE GmbH is integrated in the Würth Elektronik Group.

Foundation of the Würth Elektronik iBE Wuxi (China) in October.

2006

The Wurth Elektronik iBE Mexico is founded in Irapuato in July 2006
